Drawn to the ocean. Waikiki, Oahu, Hawai'i. Aloha! - Waikiki

Aloha! I went to Waikiki, Oahu, Hawai'i back in 2005 i believe, for about 4 days. Hawai'i the most touristy place I've been to so far. Hawai'i relies on tourists to maintain their states necessities. Hawai'i consists of many islands and we chose to go to Waikiki being our first timers in Hawai'i. It is about a 5 hour flight. Hawai'ians calls us "mainlanders" or if they refer to the States they say "the mainland". It is obvious to say Hawai'i is one of the most quietest states in America where they've succesfully have kept their roots of the polynesian culture still in tact.

The places we saw were the Polynesian Center where again a shuttle took us to. For anything you want to do in Waikiki you won't need to worry about transporation. It is everywhere around the corner. The Polynesian Center had performances of traditional dance shows and luau's. Who would back down from watching guys cook your fat pig in front of your face? Unfortunately we did and had to skip that due to our time constraints. We did see the Polynesian dance that was fabulous and made me wanted...
